Most probably produced during the brief time that “White Russia” was in existence, as it is clearly labeled on this map. White Russia was a non-communist state directly supported by both the UK and the US in the aftermath of the Russian Revolution and World War I, but was quickly absorbed within Soviet Russia by 1920.
